Polyurethane resins (PUR) are generally two-component systems, in which a polyhydric alcohol (A) reacts with an isocyanate (B) - this always being the non-toxic MDI in our case. Foaming results when it comes into contact with water.

BEVEDAN BEVEDOL

is the classic injection resin for mining use. They are mainly used for compacting. The reaction times are between 0.5 and 20 min. Shore D 70 – 85.

CarboCrackSeal

resins serve the sealing of cracks in reinforced concrete members according to German ZTV-ING. They react very slowly (2 – 12 h). They are water-repellent (hydrophobic) and very elastic. Shore A 50 – 65.

CarboPur

resins mainly serve as a sealant for use in tunnel construction und underground engineering. They can be used to achieve a permanent sealing and stabilisation in a single working step. They correspond with EN 12175. Shore D 70 – 85. Reaction times 0.3 – 60 min.

CarboStop

resins are processed as a single component resin. They react with water in the subsoil, they then foaming and serving to stop water. Reaction times 0.6 min – 2 h.
